how takedowns work

Detection to removal, on autopilot.

The moment your content is spotted on a leak site, our pipeline drafts a legally-compliant DMCA notice, sends it through the right channel, and follows up until the URL is dead.

STEP 01

We spot the leak

Our crawlers watch the leak sites, forums, Telegram, and Discord that actually get shared, plus the ones you've been mentioned on before.

every hour, every site
STEP 02

The notice files itself

A DMCA notice is drafted with the correct 512(c)(3) elements, routed to the right recipient (email, form, or trusted-flagger channel), and tracked with a case reference.

minutes, not days
STEP 03

We verify it's gone

A re-check confirms the URL is dead. If the platform stalls, we escalate, hosting provider, CDN, registrar. Nothing sits forever.

the difference is credibility

We're a real Registered DMCA Agent.

Escalation cascade, not a single email.

If a leak site ignores us, we don't shrug. We pressure their hosting provider, then their CDN, then their registrar. The cascade keeps going until the URL is dead or the site is de-listed from search.

  • L0 → email the platform directly
  • L1 → escalate to hosting provider abuse contact
  • L2 → CDN abuse (Cloudflare, Fastly)
  • L3 → registrar abuse + Google de-index

before you ask

Takedowns, demystified.

How fast does a leak actually come down?+
Median under 24 hours end-to-end. Major platforms (Reddit, Google, Pornhub) usually within a few hours; smaller leak sites take longer but our escalation cascade grinds them down.
What if the leak site is 'bulletproof' hosted?+
Even bulletproof-adjacent hosts have exposed origin IPs, CDN abuse desks, and registrar relationships. We map the infrastructure per host and pressure whichever link is weakest. Most eventually flinch.
Do you send takedowns for content I don't own?+
No. Every DMCA notice we file requires a good-faith assertion that you own the copyright. False takedowns carry §512(f) liability, we protect our creators AND stay on the right side of the law.
What if I get a counter-notice?+
Counter-notices are rare on leak sites (the leaker doesn't want to identify themselves), but if one comes through we handle the process, evaluate whether litigation is realistic, and let you decide the next move.
